At Garlands we offer a wide range of fun indoor and outdoor team challenges. Our team building events can be used for a variety of purposes such as team motivation, reward and recognition, and can be combined with expert facilitation and psychometric testing for in-depth team development of teams that are striving to improve.

There are three types of team building event which we can offer. Click on the following options for a fuller description.  

Activity Events


These events include competitive activities such as Off Road Karting and Archery, or can include a combination of competitive activities and team development challenges. Single activity, half and full day options are available.


Team Building Events

Team Building Events include a package of team exercises designed to meet clients’ requirements.  The programme is tailor made to suit the timescale and budget provided and includes elementary feedback on team dynamics and performance.
Team Development & Advanced Facilitation

The Advanced Facilitation option is similar to the Team Building Events package, but includes expert exercise reviews with reference to team development models and psychometric tests including Belbin, Myers – Briggs Type Indicators and SDI analysis as required
