Riding a Segway is easy to get the hang of and brilliant fun.  It feels like hovering above the ground; gliding defines the movement rather than riding. Segways are smooth and graceful and the experience is unique. The machines do a top speed of approx 13 mph (full specs), this may not sound excessively fast but it is more than enough in such a strange riding postion.

Stand on the Segway and you will almost instantly feel connected to the machine. Lean forwards to go forwards, lean back to brake or go backwards, move the control shaft to the left or right to steer.   It’s as easy as that. Segways are new, different and great fun! Try this great new mode of transport either in an off – road race or as a team building activity.  The X2 off – road Segway can handle most terrains and is ideally suited to the grass tracks at our centre.

All our staff are friendly, experienced and highly professional and will ensure you have a great time on the Segways.  Training and crash helmets are supplied to all riders. Segways are available at our Midlands venue near both Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry and Nottingham on the Warwickshire/ Leicestershire border. Segways are available as a group activity or corporate event and can be delivered for fun, challenge, incentive or reward. Alternatively Segways are can be combined into a team building activity day or included in a multi - activity competition event. Segway activity at Garlands is easily accessible from Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Nottingham, Hinckley, Derby, Tamworth and Burton Upon Trent.

Segways are available to hire and can be provided at a venue of your choice.  Suited to both indoor and outdoor environments, Segway activities can be carried out in carparks, grass areas or even in offices where there is sufficient space.
Segways can be provided for any type of function or party, day or night, at a venue of your choice.
