The Midlands No.1 Clay Pigeon Shooting Ground easily accessible from Birmingham, Leicester and Coventry
Clay Pigeon Shooting is a great way to test your skill and co-ordination. And there’s no better place to give it a go than at our dedicated shooting ground in the heart of the Midlands. Real guns, real ammo!
You’ll be using live ammo, so the session starts with a safety briefing – how to stand, how to hold your gun and hit your clay target. You’ll be given one-to-one tuition throughout the clay pigeon shooting activity as the group moves around the different shooting disciplines including High Tower, English Sporting, Skeet and Compak.
The Clay Pigeon Shoot includes 25 or 40 shots each, clays and instruction, and lasts between 1 and 3 hours depending on the size of the group (approximately 1 hour for up to 4 people, 1½ hours for up to 10 people and 2+ hours for over 10 people). If you would like to organise more shots, such as a 50 shot package, or a full day’s shoot, just ask our event managers for details.
Garlands Shooting Ground is based just north of Tamworth, Staffordshire near the borders of Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire. The site is a 20 minute drive from our main Mythe Farm venue, where the majority of our other activities take place; we’ll give you directions when you make your booking.
Clay Pigeon Shooting can be carried out just for the fun of it, or we can organise it as a competitive group activity with a medal presentation.
