Ever been on a Segway? It automatically responds to body movements, meaning it’s the closest thing to riding a machine that’s actually part of you. And in our opinion it’s just about the most fun you can have on two wheels (without doing an ‘Evel Knievel’).
Segway riding is easy to learn; lean forward to go forwards, lean back to brake or go backwards, and move the control shaft to the left or right to steer, it’s as simple as that! This activity is fantastic for stag do and hen do, or as part of a team building challenge for corporate events. We can organise team challenge obstacle courses or off-road races (these little devils can whizz along at 13mph).
The Segway ‘Human Transporter’ is a two-wheeled, all terrain, self-balancing transportation device. It automatically responds to body movements, meaning that you are totally in control at all times (it’s like it becomes part of you).
Dynamic stabilisation, solid-state gyroscopes, tilt sensors and high-speed microprocessors sense your centre of gravity and instantaneously make minute adjustments, so your Segway won’t fall over. So once you’ve got your head around the controls, you’re away.
Flat, open grassy areas, up and down hills, around obstacles…your Segway will go anywhere you want to take it.

Segway relay races are simply hilarious – perfect for stag parties, hen parties and private groups.
Your session begins with one-to-one training on how to ride your Segway, followed by a practice run of the course. Once everyone is totally confident in the ‘way of the Segway’, the group is split into teams and given their own machine and safety equipment.
13mph may not sound much, but believe us, when you’re weaving your way around the course tilting forward to go as fast as possible, you’ll feel like a bat out of hell.
The winning team is the first to get every member through the course. It’s all about speed and smooth change-overs, but let’s face it, it’s really about having as much fun as possible!
